The sacred appearance of Srimati Radharani was celebrated on Thursday September 4th at Govindaji Gardens. Sri Sri Radha-Madhava were lavishly decorated with flowers and a wonderful feast was offered to Them.
In the morning Srila Bhakti Bhavana Visnu Maharaja gave a class and spoke from Srila Sridhara Maharaja's "Loving Search for the Lost Servant." Maharaja described how Srila Sridhara Maharaja had revealed many esoteric points from various scriptures such as "Vilapa-kusumanjali" and "Caitanya-candramrtam" that explained the super-excellence of radha-dasyam (intimate service to Srimati Radharani).
Later on in the day, Vraja-kisora Dasa (son of Jayadeva Gosvami Dasa) was given saffron cloth by Srila Narasingha Maharaja. Srila Narasingha Maharaja spoke briefly on the importance of brahmacarya and the cultivation of the qualities of austerity, simplicity and a proper service attitude. At midday all the asrama devotees honored the prasadam of Srimati Radharani.
