On Sunday 17th October, Srila Narasingha Maharaja conducted a program at Sriman Mukunda Dasa Adhikari's residence in Bangalore, commemorating the appearance day of Srila Bhakti Pramoda Puri Gosvami Maharaja. Maharaja spoke from Srila Puri Maharaja's autobiography and elaborated on various points in the article.
In the morning at Sri Narasingha Caitanya Matha, the devotees offered arati and puspanjali to Srila Puri Maharaja, followed by a class by Srila Visnu Maharaja given from Srila Puri Maharaja's book 'The Heart of a Vaishnava.' The devotees later honored a feast in honor of the auspicious occasion. In the evening Giri Maharaja also gave a short lecture to the guests and devotees on the glories of Srila Puri Gosvami.
