Swami Narasiṅgha begins this class by explaining how during many of the preaching activities that we are familar with began with Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura, and were brought to the west by our Śrīla Prabhupāda.
He also explains how Prabhupāda had the logo of the Gauḍīya Maṭha painted outside the ISKCON temple in Māyāpura to show how his movement was non-different from Sarasvatī Ṭhākura’s mission. Mahārāja goes on to explain the importance of Sarasvatī Ṭhākura in today’s Kṛṣṇa Consciousness movement.
Narasiṅgha Mahārāja also speaks the two kinds of Bhagavata, and the position of Gadādhara Paṇḍita and his having to take initiation again from his guru, Puṇḍārīka Vidyānidhi. He then explains what happens when one gives up chanting his guru-given mantras. Mahārāja speaks about the personality Rūpa Kavirāja and his offence to Krṣṇapriya Ṭhākurāṇī, and how it is impossible for the residents of Goloka Vṛndāvana to be envious of Kṛṣṇa.
