After a long wait, Guru Maharaja's Sri Murti mercifully manifested at Govindaji Gardens today, on the last day of Kartik, November 5th 2025.
Today also happens to be the day when Govindaji Gardens was inaugurated in 1994.
The Sri Murti arrived today morning from Gurugram, Haryana. Suspecting that the transport company will delay the delivery of the Murti, Shyamsundar, Chaityaguru, and Jiva Prabhus drove overnight to intercept the carrier, 300 km north at the town of Chitradurga, and happily drove the deity in the ashram car back to the ashram by morning, where everybody was eagerly waiting to receive Srila Guru Maharaja.
The bronze sculpture artist Mr.Vikas Gupta of Universal Studio, Gurugram, was very gracious in listening to and incorporating several rounds of feedback till the Murti was satisfactorily accomplished. I wish to specially mention and show gratitude to Mukunda prabhu for skillfully liasioning and negotiating with Mr. Vikas on everybody's behalf, at every step of the process.
Chaitanya Prabhu and Shyamasundara prabhu methodically arranged for the installation that was auspiciously carried out with all due process. All handling, moving, and seating arrangement for the Murti was expertly taken care by devotees led by the indefatigable Balaram Prabhu.
All devotees from our Mysore-Mandya congregation along with all our devotees from Mulky enthusiastically participated in the function.
I thank everybody for their kind donations towards the making of Srila Guru Maharajas Sri Murti, as well as everyone who participated physically or mentally in making today's installation ceremony happy and memorable.
I hope Srila Guru Maharaja will be pleased by our endeavor and bless us with his kind mercy.
