Syamasundara Dasa is presently translating into Kannada language Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura's English book, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu – His Life and Precepts. This book was written by Srila Bhaktivinoda in 1896 and sent to many prestigious universities in the western world. This will be the first book of Bhaktivinoda's to be translated in the Kannada language for the benefit of the people of Karnataka.
Syamasundara says that he is hopeful that the book will be published by September for Sri Krsna Janmastami as an offering to Srila Guru Maharaja and Sri Sri Radha-Madhava.
